An indoor/outdoor pool a fitness room and free internet access make the non-smoking Courtyard by Marriott Newport Middletown one of the area's most popular hotels among our guests. Renovated in early 2011 the three-story Courtyard by Marriott has a fun fresh feel. Sleek furnishings surround the fireplace in the lobby where you'll find an expansive interactive monitor for news sports and flight information and "media pods" where you can impress clients with video presentations. A chic umbrella-shaded terrace is a great place to relax as are the nearby indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Free wired internet is available in all 138 rooms as are cable TVs with pay-per-view movies. Well-lit work desks with ergonomic chairs make ideal temporary offices especially with the nearby coffeemakers. Stick to your workout plan with the free weights and cardio machines in the fitness room. The on-site restaurant serves breakfast and dinner and many other dining options are within an easy drive. Room service is available. A convenience store lets you stock up on snacks. Parking is free. Downtown Newport is about three miles south of the Courtyard by Marriott.
