A private dock on the waterfront a sun-soaked swimming pool and a spa with three Turkish baths are among the amenities at the palatial Four Seasons Hotel at the Bosphorus. A lavish Ottoman palace has been transformed into a peaceful sanctuary at the Four Seasons which has a privileged perch on the Strait of Bosphorus. The 170 rooms and suites intermingle 19th-century Turkish design with 21st-century technology: 46-inch plasma TVs CD and DVD players and wired and wireless internet access. Soak in the deep tubs in the marble bathrooms or opt for the glass-enclosed showers. With 10 treatment rooms and three separate hammams the soothing spa lets you enjoy a traditional Turkish bath in complete privacy. Before or after you can relax in the skylit indoor pool or hot tub. With the latest generation of cardio and strength-training equipment as well as plenty of free weights the fitness center includes a hot tub sauna and steam room. An outdoor pool open from May to October overlooks the waterfront. Valet parking is available. Overlooking the Bosphorus the Four Seasons is northeast of central Istanbul.
